Handed out by automotive industry research firms, IntelliChoice and AutoPacific, the annual Motorist Choice Awards combines analyses from AutoPacific's new vehicle satisfaction survey with IntelliChoice's ownership data. The firms then use this consumer data to choose their most popular premium winners, according to how much overall satisfaction and cost there is in each vehicle.
"The Motorist Choice Awards are meaningful because they are based on the feedback of new car owners," said Mike O'Brien, vice president of corporate and product planning, Hyundai Motor America. "This accolade is a further testament to Hyundai's commitment in creating, developing and delivering products like the Equus that creates a new top tier in terms of customer experience and luxury car ownership."
