Van Hyundai is proud to announce that we have awarded six very deserving high school seniors with scholarship prizes. These prizes range between $1,000 and $2,500 and were awarded to the students who created the best commercial scripts for Van Hyundai. The winning students were from Coppell ISD, Creekview High School and Newman Smith High School.
This most recent scholarship program was our way of giving back to the Carrollton community. At Van Hyundai, we strongly believe in giving our local students the best tools and encouragement to follow their dreams. We hope that with this scholarship money, our six scholarship winners will be able to continue their education and one day give back to our wonderful city.
On top of the awards given to our winners, Van Hyundai will also be producing the winning scripts, turning them into full-fledged commercials. We hope this will give these students something a little extra on their resume and allow our local community to see all the hard work that our winners put into their projects.
Once again, we would like to congratulate all of our scholarship winners – and all those who participated in our script writing contest – on a job well done. We are very proud of our local Carrollton students and we can’t wait to see what these amazing teens will do as they continue their hard work in college and beyond.
