Ryan Rios is the Managing Partner of both Vandergriff Hyundai and Van Hyundai. In this role, Ryan coordinates and leads a team to drive profitability, manage manufacturer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Further, his favorite aspect of working at the dealership is interacting with fellow employees and building team comradery.

Ryan is no stranger to the automotive industry, having spent 16 years as a senior executive within the space where he helped successfully guide the business through some challenges like the 2008 recession that heavily impacted the automotive industry and, of course, the Covid-19 pandemic.

A family man at heart, Ryan loves spending time with his wife, three daughters, and two dogs. He's an avid Miami Dolphins fan that enjoys boating, surfing, weight lifting, and golfing.
