Are you and the family looking for a great outing that doesn’t cost much money, is fun and educational at the same time? If so, then mark your 2016 calendars for the 12th Annual Santa Fe Days in the Park event on March 19th and 20th!
Explore various Native American Indian artwork by top artists at this must-see attraction. This year, featured artists include Michael and Elizabeth Kirk, who are Isleta Pueblo and Navajo artists. Aside from checking out their wonderful works of art, you can also see other beautiful pieces from some of the best creative minds from all over the country: TX, NM, OK and AZ!
The fun doesn’t stop there, though. Dressed in traditional, Native American attire, you’ll feel the music and enjoy the show that’s put on by the Pow Wow dancers. Come hungry as well, because there will be plenty of yummy food (Indian Taco’s and much more) for sale.
So invigorate your senses and enjoy some delicious Native American Indian food and get in the spirit of this family-friendly event! And if you have little ones at home, get them involved in the Tiny Tot contest, which is loads of fun!
