Santa’s Downtown Dash is coming to city the of Carrollton on Saturday, December 3, 2016. The holiday-themed 5K and Fun Run provide locals with the perfect excuse to tap into the holiday spirit a bit early this year and get in a bit of exercise while doing it. Exciting for all ages, Santa’s Downtown Dash is the event for you and your family this December!
There’s nothing better than spreading a little holiday cheer and Santa’s Downtown Dash is the best place to do it. Those interested in participating are encouraged, but not required, to dress up in their favorite holiday attire for the thrilling run. Participants over the age of 10 will take part in the 5K on race day, while children 10 and younger will chase Santa through the town in the Kid’s Fun Run. Parents are welcome to accompany their children during the Fun Run if they choose.
Pre-registration for Santa’s Downtown Dash is available online now. Those who sign up before November 28 will receive a timing chip, long t-shirt and race bag for the event. As of now, 5K registration is $15 per person, while the Kid’s Fun Run is $10 per person. Be sure to register now to avoid the $5 price increase on race day and secure your spot.
