A 2.0L four-cylinder engine is found on the SE model. Offering 164 horsepower and 151 lb.-ft. of torque, the powerplant is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. On FWD models, it helps deliver an EPA-estimated 26 mpg combined, 23 city and 30 highway.

Generating 175 horsepower and 195 lb.-ft. of torque, a turbo 1.6L four-cylinder is fitted on all other models of the 2017 Hyundai Tucson in Carrollton. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic is paired to the engine. It produces 28 mpg combined, 26 city and 32 highway on the FWD Eco.

Safety Features
