The Hyundai Elantra gets a fresh new look and numerous added features for 2021. The Elantra features refreshed styling with a distinctively athletic and sportier appearance with a lower, wider, and more aggressive stance. 2021 Elantra Trims & Features

For the 2021 model year, the Hyundai Elantra enters the lineup with a lower, wider and more aggressive stance, showcasing a four-door-coupe-like appearance. The front of the 2021 Elantra details a parametric-jewel-pattern grille and elongated hood, slightly longer than the sixth-generation model. From the front to the back of the Elantra is a bold edge design, tapered off by the trunk and its high tech "H-Tail Lamp."

The interior cabin is highlighted by a number of technology features and amenities, such as the 10.25-inch digital instrument panel and an 8-inch touchscreen. When selecting a higher trim Elantra, it offers drivers optional 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment to match the display cluster. Other interior highlights include a driver-oriented layout that is completed with a high center console and a customizable 64-color mood lighting.

The 2021 Elantra is equipped with a standard 2.0L four-cylinder engine. This base engine can produce 147 HP and 132 LB-FT in torque. Paired with this engine is a continuously variable automatic transmission, sending power to the front wheels. For the Elantra Hybrid, it offers a 1.6L four-cylinder engine paired to a 32 kW electric motor. When combined, the engine and motor deliver 139 HP and 195 LB-FT of torque. Lastly, the performance-oriented trim Elantra N-Line will offer a 1.6L turbocharged engine that can produce an impressive 201 HP and 195 LB-FT of torque, powering the front wheels with available 6-speed manual or 7-speed automatic transmission.
