2022 Hyundai Palisade Exterior

What's New for the 2022 Hyundai Palisade?

Few changes are in store for the midsize Hyundai Palisade in 2022, except for an expanded list of safety aids with the base model called the SE. The SE now has blind-spot monitoring as a standard advanced safety tool. Aside from the minor updates, the Hyundai Palisade still carries over with the same general appearance and amenities as the 2021 model year. Strong tow ratings and a versatile, upscale interior are highlights for the 2022 Hyundai Palisade. A total of five USB ports, with three in the front row and two in the back, ensure that everyone can keep their devices connected and ready to be used. The next trim in the Palisade series is the SEL. A sunroof is standard with the SEL, and you can get an even larger dual-pane sunroof with the top trims.

2022 Palisade Trims and Features

The Hyundai Palisade comes in four trims. The base trim is called the SE. In addition to an expanded list of safety aids, the SE also has an 8-inch touchscreen with smartphone pairing, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. The Palisade has folding seats in both rows. A sunroof is added to the second trim level, and along with LED lights and alloy wheels, it also has roof rails. The SEL has more interior amenities as well, including a push-button start and keyless ignition. A leather steering wheel gives the SEL a more upscale look, and it also has two zones of climate control. Heated front seats are standard, and the SEL also has captain's chairs for a reduced seating capacity of seven. Sound-dampening glass is available for a quieter ride, and you can also get a wireless charging pad and upgraded driver's information system. Leather seats and a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen are available with a package. The Limited trim adds a dual-pane sunroof and upgraded leather seating, along with a Harman Kardon sound system that has 12 speakers. The Calligraphy trim that tops the line has quilted leather door inserts for a more upscale look and unique exterior accents.
