Van Hyundai is excited to announce that the D-BAT Gallegos youth baseball team has won the Connie Mack World Series. The Connie Mack World Series is the top amateur baseball tournament in the U.S. Our national champs are a Dallas-based team made up of young baseball players aged 17 and under.

Van Hyundai was a proud sponsor of this year's Festival at the Switchyard. The festival was held last month in beautiful Downtown Carrollton, and was a fun and special celebration of the history of Carrollton and how the railroad shaped our fair city.

The holidays are officially here, and while this is definitely our most favorite time of the year, the holidays can also be the most stressful time of the year. Families across the U.S. will be piling into their sedans, minivans and crossovers this winter and heading off to Grandmother's house. Van Hyundai would like to thank everyone who came out for the ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce. The ribbon cutting was held Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2014 as a way to honor Van Hyundai for its commitment to the Farmers Branch community and to recognize the importance of local businesses.

Interbrand, the internationally-recognized brand consulting group, has just released their yearly study on the most valuable brands in the world, and this year they have named Hyundai the fastest growing automotive brand in the world.

Hyundai's popular Equus sedan has just received its third consecutive Motorist Choice Award as the most popular luxury vehicle in the marketplace. The Equus earned these high marks out of 92,000 other new cars, all of which are considered some of the best sedans in the world.

Ten finalists were chosen for this year's 2015 North American Car of the Year award, but it was Hyundai that was the only automaker to sport two models on the list.

The Genesis and the Sonata were both honored as finalists for this year's prestigious award, which recognizes vehicles that are "benchmarks in their segments based on factors including innovation, comfort, design, safety, handling, driver satisfaction and value for the dollar."
